bugs

this is probably not a bug, but...

I de-progged my second character. then reset .programmer to 1. I then tried to @programmer livadia, and I got this:
Sorry,Kara#2 is not allowed to be a programmer.

can anyone tell me why, and what I have to do to fix it?
